All rubber raw materials being used for our products are exported products or those made by branches/subsidiaries/joint ventures of world-famous giant rubber makers, so we can ensure quality of our products just from the very original sources. Following are some general information,

We use close mixing mill compounding firstly, and then re-processing with open-type rubber mixing machine. By operating like that, it will allow materials flying away at the least, and can keep mixture uniformed. Then interior thermal control system can set to most favorable temperatures to retain fair internal quality and effective elements of the mixture, which is basis of quality final products. In addition, we use precision pre-former machine producing semi finished blanks. There will no connecting signs after vulcanizing of those blanks, and this kind of machine operation have saved raw materials, rise one-time pass rate &production efficiency, too.

Our factory has a group of professional &experienced molding technicians. This team are proficient at using AutoCAD, UG NX, and Pro/E etc computerized design tools, and we can finish first artwork for further reference or quotation in the earliest time after receiving the customer's detailed description, drawing, or real samples. Strong molding design &programming ability, together with many advanced molding processing equipments and skillful operators, make up of a powerful molding developing system, which could meet most of our customers' needs and strict requirements. Additionally, we have built separate molds warehouse under scientific management, and it will make the customers rest assured of their investment apart from their products.

Regular Items: cured by 50T, 63T plat vulcanization press; items of this category are usually small in size, and large in varieties, normal rubber press above can meet their quality requirements absolutely.
Oil seals, Shock-absorbers with metal skeleton: cured by 200T vacuum bell vulcanization press; vacuum system will guarantee compactness of the products; balanced thermal-control and settable pressure abundance/surplus will not only help keeping good physical and mechanic properties of the products, but also reinforcing glutinous strength of metal skeletons as well as increasing cavity quantity; automatic mould stripper will be able to reduce entire labor intensity numerously, and will lead to a shortened lead time, too.
Miscellaneous Pieces: cured by 150T automatic mold-opening &push-out vulcanization press.

At present, products trimming in our factory are effected through manual cutting and machine operation or combination of them. This kind of operation can guarantee output, efficiency, and quality at the same time. Here are some special tips of trimming machines put into use.
Automatic Deburring Machine: made by Showa, Japan. This machine uses the cooling ability of liquefied nitrogen to make rubber brittle, and then blasts plastic medium (polycarbonate) to them in high speed to remove flashes excellently. Its accuracy can achieve 0.01mm. No damage, no roughness for the products.
Oil Seal Incision Machine: It fixes workpieces with vacuum suckers tightly, then incise them with blades. It can precisely process both outside edge and inside lip of a product. All processed products will have accurate dimensions, fine appearance, and high concentricity, which will help a lot to raise final products' quality and pass rate.

We have our own independent laboratory with plenty of testing instruments and technicians in charge of various kinds of relevant tests &inspection. Collaborating with Structure Developing dept. and QC dept., the laboratory takes charge of researching and making all the recipes and tests followed. For hard-to-finish projects or those requiring a 3rd independent party to do (like RoHS), we will despatch them to SGS (Shanghai) laboratory, and Northwest Rubber Research Center for relevant actions.
