With the development of business, the scale of the company is bound to expand. Since the opening of Ningguo Branch in 2011, Shiqiao Factory of Shunda Sealing Parts Co., Ltd. has been expanding, increasing equipment, improving quality and increasing output value. In 2012, Shiqiao Factory added eight sets of hot pressing machines, one set of rubber (plastic) mixing machines and one set of pressure kneading machines. While the new equipment increased production, it also played a positive role in the continuous improvement of quality. The new equipment in this year includes four groups of ZXB-2RT/3RT-2-PCD vacuum hot pressing machine, four groups of vertical automatic hot pressing machine, rubber refining (plastic) machine and one set of pressure kneading machine. The outline figures of each equipment are as follows:

This type of 250T machine is the equipment of Yuyao Huacheng Hydraulic Electrical and Mechanical Co., Ltd. It is suitable for producing various rubber parts such as O-rings, rubber keyboards, medical rubber parts, locomotive rubber parts and so on. It can be selected for three-layer die separation.
